Delete Your Account

You can delete your Criticflix account and all data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

Option 1: Delete it in the app (instant)

If you still have Criticflix installed, this is the fastest way:

• Open the app and go to Settings
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account
• Confirm when prompted

This deletes your account immediately and permanently — there's no waiting period and no way for us to undo it afterward.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in, email us at alireza.almer@gmail.com from the address associated with your account (or with your account's email if you signed up with Google) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account itself (email/password or Google sign-in credentials)
• Your profile and preferences (avatar, genre, country, liked titles)
• All reviews and ratings you've submitted
• Your likes/dislikes on other users' reviews

This action is permanent. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
